We have a 30 day return policy. Before sending back the object. We would kindly ask, before doing chargebacks, to contact us so that we can offer the proper solutions. Please find our refund policy here.

When shipping fragile goods, unfortunately sometimes things break. We will off course replace this item for free when the item arrives broken. Pictures of the broken item and the date of arrival from the courier would have to be sent to us so that we can file a complaint with the courier.

It can take 2 - 4 weeks for your orders to arrive at your doorstep.

We pick our collections directly from the manufacturers. But these manufacturers do not always have a warehouse in the US or EU. In that case it can take 2 to 4 weeks for items to arrive.

We offer free shipping for all orders, big and small.
